Sorry, I’ve been behind with my posting. My mother in law who I love dearly is in the hospital, recovering from a mild stroke and my life has been too crazy for me to cook and photograph anything but…. I got a wonderful suprise in my inbox yesterday. A PR person emailed asking me to review a cookbook. Imagine-me a cookbook reviewer and I get a free copy-$35 dollar value absolutely free!
She also sent me a long, long press release with recipes that I’m too tired to read. Next time, I’d like some free samples to taste.
